Canadian Arizona Real Estate Tax Information

Real estate tax in Arizona is payed twice a year.  The first half of the calendar year (January-June) is due October 1st.  The second half (July-December) is due the following March 1st.  You will find that our taxes are much lower than you are used to in Canada and much lower than other states in the U.S.

In Arizona, unlike other states in the U.S.,  Canadians do not pay any more taxes on Real Estate than U.S. citizens do.  And there are no taxes on the transaction when you purchase a home or real estate.
